Ingredients: Rooibos (95%), natural French vanilla flavour(4%), vanilla bean (1%).

Hot Tea: Pour boiling water over one tea bag in a cup. Step 4 to 6 minut. Remove tea bag. Sweeten if desired. Also celicious with milk.
